With excitement and excitement, we arrived at our destination. In front of us are buildings. First, we lined up to come to the hall. We are divided into two groups, explained by two lecturers, and the company leaders explain the specific content of the production process and answer questions for us.

Then we followed the boxed cigarette cases to the logistics transportation area of cigarette cases, rows of overhead transportation and robots. I was so excited when I saw the robot hand that I finally saw the "legendary robot". I grabbed the cigarette boxes from the conveyor belt with cakes one by one, and then piled them on the overhead according to the prescribed procedures. Looking at the robot doing the grabbing action in an orderly way, it can also accurately stack the goods, lamenting that this is high technology, and it has completed the task more accurately and perfectly than human beings. When the goods are sent to the viaduct, they arrive at the goods exit together with the viaduct. Because there is no assembly line that can load goods in the world, we can only push the goods to the transport car manually with forklift. The advantage of manpower is that you can use every export of goods flexibly, without causing some export vacancies and some export congestion, which can better improve work efficiency.

Finally, we came to the silk workshop and the dispatching central control room. From tobacco to cut tobacco, a series of working processes are indispensable and very important, because the quality of cut tobacco is directly related to the quality of tobacco. Because tobacco cannot be polluted during bleaching, we can't see it. But I believe that the production technology of cut tobacco is perfect and exquisite, which can be seen from the company's products, such as sedan chair, dragon and phoenix, Tianxiaxiu and a series of well-known brands. In the dispatching central control room, we see the most advanced management information system (MIS) in China and the most advanced DRP projector in the world, which can realize multi-screen monitoring and ensure the safety of each production line. The staff used computers to process all kinds of data and adjust the production line in time, which has reached the best production level. Dispatching central control room is the core of the whole enterprise, which is related to the smooth and safe implementation of the whole production operation.

For the transportation of finished products, every car is tracked by GPS satellite, which can track the whole process of product transportation anytime and anywhere to ensure that the products can be delivered to the seller on time. But for railway transportation, GPS positioning has not been realized, but the products can still be delivered on time. For more urgent product demand, air transportation is adopted and radar monitoring is implemented. Use high technology to locate and track products to ensure timely and quantitative delivery of products to sellers. And established a good reputation for the company. Because the cost of long-distance road transportation will be higher, if a breakthrough can be made in railway transportation, it will save a lot of costs and improve the company's efficiency.

After visiting the production line, we had a cordial conversation with the company leaders and answered our questions. Employment is difficult, not only because of the lack of jobs, but also because some enterprises have such a system, which makes us lose our competitive advantage. Under the principle of social employment, what we should do now is to improve our comprehensive quality, participate in more practical opportunities, enrich ourselves, learn rich knowledge and accumulate experience, so as to create favorable conditions for ourselves and find better jobs in the future.

From this visit, I deeply realized that my lack of knowledge and ignorance of modern industry and advanced technology can't keep up with the pace of social development and still stay in the "primitive society". Modern high-tech production and management can be seen everywhere, but we have never really experienced it.
