Ingredients: 1 red fish, 40g minced pork, 15g minced garlic, 15g minced ginger, 15g minced chili pepper, 15g finely chopped green onion, groundnut flour, water starch, 2 tbsp hot bean paste, 1/2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp rice wine, 1 tsp sugar, salt and water
Methods:
1. Coat evenly with groundnut flour, put into a frying pan with oil temperature of 160℃, deep fry for about 5 minutes, remove from the pan and drain the oil for later use. 2. Leave a little oil in the pan, add minced garlic, ginger, chili pepper and minced meat and sauté, then add all the seasonings and bring to a boil.
3. Add in the fried red fish and cook until it tastes good, thicken with water starch and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
