Production steps:

6. Fold a piece of zongzi leaf into a funnel shape. According to the usual method of wrapping zongzi, first put a small amount of glutinous rice at the bottom, then add fried meat, mushrooms and egg yolk as the stuffing of zongzi, then add a proper amount of glutinous rice to cover it, and finally wrap it into the shape of zongzi.

7. Finally, tie it with cotton rope for 3 times and tie it tightly. After all the zongzi are wrapped, put them in a pot with boiling water and steam them for about 25 minutes.
