Luo Song is a holy place of Buddhism, and Fu Ying Temple in Luo Song was famous in the south of the Yangtze River as early as the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. Pineapple tea is different from other famous teas in three aspects: heavy color, heavy fragrance and heavy taste. "Green color, high fragrance and strong taste" are the remarkable characteristics of pine nut tea.

Xin 'an and Zhangzhou were county names at that time, and later generations took Xin 'an as another name for the places under the jurisdiction of Zhangzhou and Huizhou. In the Secret Book of Xu Wei' s Engraving by Xu Wenchang in Ming Dynasty, Luosong tea was listed as one of the thirty famous teas at that time.
