2. Wash Sydney and cut off the top as a lid.
3. Dig out the core in the middle of Sydney with a knife and an iron spoon.
4. Put red dates, medlar and rock sugar into the pear hollow, and then cover it.
5. Put the processed Sydney into a deep dish or bowl (pear juice will flow out slowly during steaming, and it is best to choose a deeper container to hold it), and finally put it into a steamer/stew pot, and steam it for 1.5-2 hours to completely soften the pear.
6. If you find it troublesome to dig the pear core, you can wash the pear, peel and remove the seeds, cut it into large pieces, put it in a bowl, add other materials, and steam it in a pot.
Step 7 prepare for the pot
8. After taking out the pot, take out the red dates and medlar, scoop up the pear juice and dig out the pear meat.
9. Put the pear meat into the supplementary food machine to make mud/use a grinding bowl.
