3. Toon mixed with tofu
Ingredients: 1 box of lactone tofu, 100 grams of toon, 2.5 grams of salt, 5 grams of light soy sauce, and 10 grams of chopped pepper

4. Pour the mixed Chinese toon. Add the fat on top of the tofu and mix well when eating
4. Toon ham thick egg roast
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 50 grams of ham, 50 grams of toon, vegetable oil 2 tsp, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cooking wine, 2 tsp water, 15g tomato paste
1. Clean the Chinese toon, blanch it in boiling water, take it out, rinse and drain Moisture, chop into fine pieces, cut the ham into pieces of the same size
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cooking wine, and 2 tsp of water and stir evenly ( If you feel it is not uniform enough, you can sieve it)

4. Pour in 1 tablespoon of egg liquid , fry slowly over low heat until the egg liquid solidifies, then roll it up carefully
5. Push the rolled egg skin to the top of the pot, then pour in 1 spoonful of egg liquid, and wait until the egg liquid solidifies. Then roll it up from bottom to top, and do it in sequence until all the egg liquid is used up. Cut the thick egg into pieces, sprinkle with a little tomato sauce and serve
