The frozen dumplings need to be taken out of the freezer before steaming to thaw, otherwise it will extend the time of steaming dumplings, wait until the thawing is almost time to steam on the pot, but be sure to wait for the water to boil and then put it into the pot, so that steaming out of the dumplings will be more full. Steamed dumplings can be steamed for about 10 minutes after the water boils.
