Ingredients: 500 grams of taro seedlings with chicken feet, 30 grams of soybeans, 300 grams of pig bones, and a slice of ginger.
Method:
1. First scrape the surface cortex of taro with chicken feet, wash it, cut it into 6 cm lengths, and shell the soybeans.
2. Boil the pork bone with water until it boils, then add chicken feet, taro seedlings and soybeans, and cook for 1 hour on high fire, and then cook for 2 hours on medium fire.
