Ingredients:
250g of shortening (softened at room temperature)
110g of powdered sugar, 38g of dried milk, 338g of flour

Practice
Step 1: Pour the softened shortening into a whisk bowl, pour in the powdered sugar, and beat with an electric whisk. Add 1 beaten egg and beat with an electric beater until slightly whitened.
At this point, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, top and bottom heat
Step 2: Mix the flour with salt and milk powder.
Step 3: Add the flour from step 2 to the whipped shortening in small portions and stir.
Step 4: Fill the batter with a laminating nozzle mounting tape.
Step 5: Squeeze the cookies onto the baking sheet and place the dried fruit on top of the squeezed cookies.
Step 6: Place the cookies in the middle of the oven, upper and lower heat
180 ℃ bake about 10 minutes, check the color, appropriate increase or decrease, close the lower heat.
Step 7: Transfer the baked cookies to a plate with a spatula and let them cool.
