1. Wash fresh shrimps and remove their heads.
2. Hold the rear half of the shrimp with your right hand, use the thumb and index finger of your left hand to peel off the first three sections of the shrimp, and turn around along the shrimp body to remove the shell.
3. Use the same method to peel off the last two sections of the shrimp and remove the shells.
4. Use your right hand to pull the tip of the shrimp tail, shake it from side to side, and then pull it back to peel off the tail.
