Is there any food I can cook in the dormitory?

Omelet rice:

The styles of omurice are very diverse. Basically, it is rice and vegetables wrapped in egg skin. What I made in the picture is stir-fried with cabbage and shredded pork, then wrapped in egg skin and topped with tomato sauce, and made some quick-frozen vegetarian dishes.

I won’t go into details about how to make it. If you are interested, you can search it yourself~

Curry rice:

I believe you can also make it...it’s very simple. If you want to add flavor, according to what I learned from my Indian neighbor in college, he first stir-fries the shredded onions until they are all transparent, then adds the meat and stir-fries, then adds water, cooks and adds other ingredients, and finally adds the curry. And then I end up putting in some instant coffee powder.

Beef rice with onions:

Beef slices and onions, it is better to fry the onions first. If you can find a bottle of mirin, it can be used in many cases. Soy sauce, mirin, a little sugar and salt, it tastes good.

Braised noodles:

Meal egg noodles:

Instant noodles (preferably Demae Icho), luncheon meat and eggs

Sesame paste Cold noodles:

It mainly depends on the ratio of the sauce. This actually depends on experience. I use rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar to remove the sesame sauce, and then add soy sauce, sugar, pepper oil, sesame oil, and chili. Oil, garlic juice, chicken essence...the prepared noodles are cut by hand and soaked in water.

Pair it with some cucumber shreds, Xinmeishi silk or other dishes, and you will never get tired of eating it.

Various rice bowls:

Eggs and tomatoes, shredded pork with garlic sprouts, shredded fish-flavored pork, braised eggplant...Young man, you have so many guys, you can basically do anything. Let’s do it~~

Spicy hot pot:

Don’t fry the base ingredients yourself in the dormitory, and this one is a bit fumesy, so I don’t recommend it, but it should be very popular for everyone’s gatherings. Buy spicy hot pot base packets at the supermarket.

Stir-fry the raw meat and the items that need to be stir-fried separately. Boil the raw and undercooked vegetables first, then stir-fry the base ingredients, throw in the ingredients and stir-fry, which is very convenient.

Chinese hot pot/spicy hot pot

Buy the base and ingredients at the supermarket and cook whatever you want.

Of course, the last thing I want to talk about is the nostalgic version of various raw porridge

Chicken porridge

The canteen has a large chicken leg and a bowl of rice. Tear the chicken thighs into strips, peel off the skin, and cook with rice.

Beef and eggs in a nest

Beef slices. Boil the shredded ginger and rice together, nest the eggs, and sprinkle some chopped green onion after the pot is boiled.

Fish fillet porridge

Sashimi bought from the supermarket, cooked with shredded ginger and rice, and add a little white wine.

There is also my personal most recommended way to eat a small amount for one person without wasting:

Chazuke rice

Green tea, I recommend Xbao’s Japanese brown rice tea, others Green tea is also available. It must be cold rice, hot tea, and whatever you want to pair it with.

Soup rice dumplings

Supermarket soup dumplings, seaweed soup, miso soup, and miso soup are all available. Cold rice and soup~~

And the most important thing: paired with various pickles, Laoganma, red and white fermented bean curd, olives, mustard...
