Minced Beef 680g Water 2 tbsp

Potato Beef Pie Steps
1.? Mix the beef puree with water, salt, black pepper and baking soda and marinate for 20 minutes
2.? Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, add enough water to cover the potatoes, add 1 tablespoon of salt, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn down to medium heat and cook until the potatoes are tender, which will take about 8-10 minutes.
3. Drain the potatoes, continue to heat the potatoes over low heat for about 1 minute to evaporate the water, remove the pan from the heat, puree the potatoes, add the melted 4 tablespoons of butter and mix well.
4.? Mix the egg yolks and milk well, add to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Finally add chopped green onion and moderate salt, black pepper to taste, cover and set aside.
5.? Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add the chopped onion, sliced mushrooms (I didn't have any so I left them out and replaced them with lotus root cubes) and salt and black pepper to taste, and sauté until the onion is softened, which will take about 4-6 minutes.
6. Add the tomato paste as well as the chopped garlic and continue to sauté for 2 minutes, add the white wine and sauté for 1 minute until evaporated.
7.? Add the flour and continue to sauté for a minute, mix well, add the beef stock, worcestershire, thyme, parsley and chopped carrots and cook over high heat until it comes to a boil.
8.? Turn the heat to medium, add the beef puree, use a spatula to divide the beef into small pieces, not a large whole piece in the soup, bring to a boil and then turn the heat to low with a lid and continue to cook for 10-12 minutes, and finally add the starch water (cornstarch + 2 tbsp water mixed well) to reduce the juice.
9.? Remove the spices and thyme, season with salt and black pepper to taste. Squeeze mashed potatoes on the surface. Mashed potatoes in a plastic bag with an opening, just squeeze on in a circle.
10. Finally, use a spoon to smooth out the mashed potatoes, and then use a fork to draw a pattern in S-shape. Into the preheated Broil temperature of the oven, Broil is the highest temperature of the oven, usually 500F/250 degrees, the whole pan into the oven to bake 10-15 minutes until the surface of the golden brown.
