Squid stewed with chicken
Ingredients: chicken, cuttlefish, rice wine, pepper, ginger, green onion
Method: 1. Clean and cut the chicken into pieces, cut the cuttlefish Soak, remove tendons, skin and cut into pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a pan until cooked, put down the chicken, add rice wine, ginger, and green onions and stir-fry (this will make the soup white and fragrant, and also remove the fishy smell).
3. Put the chicken into a stew pot (or clay pot), add cuttlefish and appropriate amount of cold water, simmer over low heat for about two hours, season with salt, MSG and pepper and serve.
Squid stewed with pork belly
Ingredients: pork belly, cuttlefish (cut into shreds), black beans (soaked in water), red dates
Method: 1. Pork belly Rinse, put cold water into a pot and bring to a boil. Pour it out after all the foam has emerged, rinse it with cold water, and then continue to cook the pork belly until the water in the pot turns white. Take out the pork belly and cut it into shreds, leaving the remaining soup water. Pour into saucepan.
2. Add shredded cuttlefish and pork belly to the pan and stir-fry for a minute or two.
3. Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for an hour or two.
