Materials: coffee powder, coffee powder filter paper, hand-made pot, filter cup, sharing pot.
1 Fold the bottom and sides of the coffee powder filter paper in opposite directions, in order to prevent the coffee powder from being washed into the coffee by water after the filter paper is broken. Put the filter paper in the filter cup, so that the filter paper fits the filter cup better.
2. Place hot water in the hand-washing pot, and use the hot water in the hand-washing pot to pour the filter paper in a clockwise circle, so that the filter paper is completely saturated. Make the filter paper and the filter cup stick together more closely to prevent the channel effect and remove the smell of the filter paper. Hot water will flow into the pot to warm the pot and make the coffee more delicious.
3. After the water drops in the filter cup are finished, pour out the water in the sharing pot. Gently put the coffee powder into the filter cup, hold the filter cup in your hand and pat it with your palm, so that the coffee powder is even and flat in the filter cup.
4. Put the upper seat of the paving powder back on the coffee pot, and then use the hot water in the pot to draw a circle clockwise with the middle of the filter cup as the center. Start timing when brewing, brew coffee to 30g in 15 seconds, then stop water injection, steam for 25-35 seconds, observe the powder layer, and start the second water injection.
5. When filling water for the second time, as before, draw a circle clockwise with the middle of the filter cup as the center. Don't rush to the place where the coffee powder is connected with the filter paper, so as to avoid the channel effect. Just rush to the outermost circle and leave a circle. Then brew it round and round in the middle.
6. At the beginning, the water injection speed can be slower. When the water in the back pot is about to be poured out, the water injection needs to be faster. After filling the water, the coffee can be drunk after the bottom filtration of the liquid.
