How to make Osmanthus cake ?
Take two dry bowls, put in fish glue powder and sugar respectively, mix well (this is to make the fish glue powder melt better without lumps).
First make the white part, mix the fish glue powder and sugar well, then add hot water and stir well, when the fish glue powder and sugar are completely melted add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
