Available in supermarkets and grain and oil stores. Japonica rice is commonly known as rice, polished rice, hard rice, white rice and fat rice. It is a variety of rice with shorter, rounder grains, stronger stickiness, and less swelling. It is cultivated in all parts of my country, mostly in the north.
