Wash the crucian carp.

Heat a pan, add a little oil and put the crucian carp in.

Fry until both sides are golden brown, (frying process fire can not be small, to medium heat, medium-high heat switch each other as appropriate, will be two sides of the frying golden brown), add sliced green onions, ginger in turn.

Add the cooking wine.

Bring to a boil over high heat and continue to cook for 7 or 8 minutes, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

Before leaving the pot, season with salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion (the fish soup itself is very fresh, so it is not recommended to add chicken essence or MSG).
