Steps
1. Wash the rapeseed and cut into sections.
2. Wash the chicken pieces with warm water and set aside.
3. Wash the mushrooms and tear them into small pieces with your hands.
4. After the oil pan is hot, add the chicken pieces and minced ginger, stir-fry until it changes color slightly, then add soy sauce and water.
5. After the water boils, add the mushrooms and simmer for ten minutes.
6. Finally add rapeseed.
7. Simmer for ten minutes and remove from the pot.
