How can I say these? They are not the same things, and there is no way to compare them. I think they all taste good. If you want to supplement vitamins, drink juice. If you want to promote digestion, choose yogurt or lactic acid bacteria. I am used to buying a bottle of Weiquan juice on my way to work every morning. After all, I am too busy to eat fruit every day.
