350g red beans
240 grams of soft sugar
Mytilus (corn syrup)10g

How to make dense red bean stuffing?
Soak the red beans first, and they will rise overnight. It is not recommended to use too small red beans. It is better to use a larger one to make this kind of bean stuffing. Drain the soaked beans for later use.
Add some water to the pot to boil (it doesn't need too much, it is estimated that you can hardly touch the beans), add the beans to boil, cover and cook for 7 minutes. Then add about the same amount of cold water as the first time.
After the fire boils, cover the pot and turn it to low heat 10 minute. After cooking, leave the beans and discard the water, then boil a pot of new water and add the drained beans. (Refer to the figure below for water quantity, which is 2 cm higher than the surface of beans, neither more nor less. )
When the fire boils, turn it down and cover the pot. Boil, boil, boil for about 1 hour. Open the lid.
Add sugar and mussels, change to medium heat and start cooking while stirring.
When stirring, you can occasionally press the beans with a spatula, and then stir until the water visible to the naked eye disappears. When the state becomes thick, turn off the fire, cool and seal the refrigerator for storage.
