Content abstract: Bamboo is a freshman in the art department, and he is full of longing for college life. On the first day he moved into the apartment, he was shocked by two people: his roommate Morita, who was wrapped in eccentric artist temperament, and Hua Benyu, a talented and loli-loving autistic girl. Both of them fell in love with Xiao Yu almost at the same time, but Xiao Yu was closely protected by her art teacher, A Xiu. Another roommate, Zhenshan, is silently loved by the girl Yamada, but he is obsessed with the beautiful and mature architect Lihua, his boss at work. The two story lines are intertwined with everything of youth: college life, artistic dreams, wild hearts and contradictory feelings. Against the background of all the glittering people around us, the most simple and ordinary bamboo book gradually realized its growth from the initial confusion.

Honey and Four-leaf Clover is a TV animation based on the cartoon of the same name created by Chica Umino.

The animation was produced by J.C.STAFF. The first season was broadcast on Fuji TV from April 14, 2005, with 24 words. The second season, Honey and Four-leaf Clover Ⅱ, was broadcast on Fuji TV from June 29, 2006, with 2 words.

Animation was selected as the recommended work by the animation department of the ninth media art festival of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Japan in 2005.
