Braised chicken rice practice:
First put a spoonful of salt, two spoonfuls of cooking wine, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of white pepper, one and a half spoonfuls of white sugar and a little monosodium glutamate into a small bowl and mix well.
Then add 5 cups of water to the sauce just made.
Then put the cut chicken and mushrooms together in a pressure cooker.
