strawberry yogurt double-color popsicle method
1 Fresh strawberry is pedicled, cleaned, drained and cut in half in the middle. 2 Put the cut strawberries into a small pot, add 1ml of cold water and soft sugar (3 tablespoons, 45g), and cook over medium heat until the strawberries soften into thick jam. Add lemon juice and glutinous rice flour, stir well and continue cooking for 1 minute, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
3 pour the cool strawberry jam into 1/3 of the popsicle mold, and then move the popsicle mold into the refrigerator to freeze for 1 hour until it is solidified. 4 Add the remaining white sugar (1 tablespoon, 15g) to the yogurt and stir evenly until it melts.
5 take out the solidified popsicle mold filled with strawberry jam, add the prepared yogurt into the remaining space, insert the popsicle stick, move it into the freezer again, and freeze it for 3 hours.
