Steps
1. Weigh the main ingredients first and sift the flour.
2. Mix all the main ingredients except flour.
3. Knead until smooth and ferment for 1.5 hours (in summer), until it is 2.5 times big.
4. Deflate the dough, roll it out into a small oval shape, and let it rise for half an hour at 45 degrees for the second fermentation.
5. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees for 25 minutes. While the bread is baking, mop up the hot dog sausage with boiling water and set aside.
6. Bake the bread cut in half (but do not cut off Oh!)
7. Finally, squeeze on the yellow mustard and ketchup!
Tips
Roll out the dough more than once, so that the dough will be even, or it will not be good.
