Practice of home-cooked pot-stewed dishes
1.
Prepare the required ingredients and wash the duck's feet, chicken's feet and wings with clear water several times.
2.
Put chicken feet, duck feet and wings in cold water, add cooking wine and ginger and boil for about 3 minutes. Turn off the fire, remove the blood foam, and cut off your fingertips with scissors (to prevent scratching your mouth when eating)
3.
Slice lotus root, wash small potatoes, and cook quail eggs in cold water. Then break the quail eggs in turn (I knock a mark first, and then roll the eggs around, which makes it easier to taste! )
4.
Put the marinade directly into the pot, and then add the prepared marinade in turn.
5.
After the marinade is put into the pot, add a pot of boiling water, cover the pot and boil for about 20 minutes.
6.
Add the ingredients just prepared, cover the pot and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and simmer slowly for about 30 minutes.
7.
The delicious home-cooked pot-stewed vegetables are out of the pot!
