Home cooking of spaghetti with tomato meat sauce
1. Cook spaghetti:
Bring a pot of water to a boil, turn on the heat to high, add 1 tsp of salt to the pot, and add the spaghetti. It will take about 8 to 10 minutes to cook. Once the pasta is cooked, fish it out and add a small amount of cooking oil and stir it to prevent the pasta from sticking.
Happy Tip:
To get the pasta to spread beautifully in the pan, simply "wring" it with your hands before adding it to the pan! Squeeze the ends of the pasta like you would a shirt and twist in the opposite direction. Just hold one end with one hand and put it in the pot, and the pasta will spread out beautifully!
2. Prepare the side dishes:
Clean the portobello mushrooms, cut into slices and set aside. Garlic, chopped into small pieces. Wash and peel the tomatoes, cut them into small cubes and set aside.
3. Tomato Bolognese:
Heat a pan and melt the butter. The purpose of the butter is to be able to increase the aroma of the pasta, without butter you can also use cooking oil instead. Stir in the minced garlic and add the mushrooms to soften them. Add the meat mixture, make sure to mash the meat in the pan to avoid lumps.
Stir-fry the meat until browned, then add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry to release the juices. If you like a stronger tomato flavor, add a little tomato paste. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and a good amount of black pepper to taste.
Put the pasta into the pot and stir well to coat the pasta with the soup!
