How to make one tomato rice

1. Spread all the ingredients and seasonings on the rice, pour in an amount of water that is higher than a fingernail of the rice, and the eggs are almost out of the pot Put it in regularly so it won't get too old (I just put it in too early and ruined a good egg). After serving, garnish with some lettuce.
