Exercise:
1, shrimp and green pepper for standby, udon noodles for standby;
2. Four tablespoons of sauce, one tablespoon of soy sauce, two tablespoons of soy sauce, appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence and pepper;
3, two sausages, udon noodles cooked, udon noodles cooked in cold water;
4. Sauté the sausage and slice it for later use;
5. Stir-fry shrimps and green peppers, and stir-fry udon noodles and sauce evenly.
