Ingredients
300 grams of flour, 10 grams of dry yeast, 30 grams of sesame paste, 20 grams of white sesame seeds, 15 grams of pepper powder, 10 grams of salt, 1 stick of egg
Method
1. Dissolve the dry yeast in 250 grams of warm water (not exceeding 35 degrees), then add it to the flour and mix evenly. I put it into the bread machine and directly selected the dough function. It was posted in an hour and a half.
2. Add salt and peppercorns to the sesame paste, then mix with water and set aside.
3. Take out the dough, place it on the chopping board and flatten it, then press it into a large piece, then spread the prepared sesame sauce on it, and then roll it up from one side. Roll into a strip.
4. Use a knife to cut the rolled dough into small pieces, then hold the sides tightly and roll it again to make a round cake.
5. Grease a baking pan, put the dough in, brush a layer of egg liquid on the dough, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
6. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 10 minutes, put the baking sheet in and bake for 20 minutes.
