Steps

1. Remove the root of the mushroom and wash the sediment with running water.

2. Tear the washed shiitake mushrooms into small pieces with your hands, and tear the mushroom feet into small strips and set aside.

3. Prepare garlic, dried peppers, peppercorns and white sesame seeds.

6. Pour in the mushrooms and fry.

7. When the mushrooms are soft and juicy, add the appropriate amount of salt and continue to fry.

8. Medium-low heat slowly frying, frying until golden brown, during the period to keep stirring, so as to avoid uneven color or paste pot.

9. Mushrooms can be turned off when they are golden brown.

10. While hot, add the chili pepper, pepper, sesame seeds and stir.

11. Use the residual temperature of the oil to fry the chili pepper, peppercorns and sesame seeds to bring out the flavor.

12. When cooled down, bottle the oil and the mushrooms.

Tips

1. You can replace the shiitake mushrooms with other mushrooms.

2. You must use cooked canola oil to fry the mushrooms, I chose blended oil because I couldn't get any.

3. And put more garlic, so that the fried mushroom oil is fragrant.

4. Once the mushrooms are soft and juicy, you can put salt in so that the salt can blend with the mushrooms better.
