Ingredients: tremella, Sydney, red dates, medlar and rock sugar.
Exercise:
1. Tremella is soaked in water for one hour, washed and cut into small flowers (sticky);
2. Peel Sydney and cut it into small pieces;
3. Put the washed tremella into the pot, add a proper amount of water (add enough water in advance, don't add any water in the middle), and boil over high fire;
4. After the tremella is boiled, stir it clockwise for 6 times, then counterclockwise for 6 times, and then turn off the fire 15 minutes (it is easier to let the tremella gum out);
5. Add jujube rock sugar and continue to cook for about 40 minutes on medium heat, then add rock sugar and medlar and cook for 5 minutes.
