Two fast horses
Two fresh orange peels.
Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic
Proper amount of soy sauce
Light soy sauce and cooking wine.
Beer 750 ml
Fennel, cinnamon, ginkgo, geranium and fennel.
Step 1
Soak trotters in fresh orange peel for two hours.
Second step
Blanch the soaked trotters (put them in a pot with cold water), put the blanched trotters in a dry pot and spread a layer of soy sauce.
Third step
Add onion, ginger and garlic in turn for stewing, and add cooking wine and light beer (beer doesn't pass pig's feet).
Fourth step
After the fire boils, simmer for 2 hours.
Step five
Isn't it tempting to turn off the fire and serve (soy sauce itself is salty, no need to put salt)
