Steps of homemade yogurt:
1, add boiling water to the inner container and stirring spoon of yogurt machine, and sterilize.
2. Dry the water, prepare 1000ml milk, take out a small bag of Chuanxiu yogurt starter, pour a small amount of milk into the container, add the bacterial powder and stir, then pour all the milk and stir evenly.
3. Then put it into a yogurt machine, ferment at a constant temperature of 42-45 degrees for 6-8 hours, and then solidify.
4, put it in the refrigerator for a period of time, and then add your favorite jam and fruit to taste better.
Note: under special circumstances, if there is no yogurt machine, it can be placed on a constant temperature source (such as rice cooker and electric blanket). Yogurt has the best nutritional value and taste within three days after cooking. Please try to finish it within this time.
If you don't have a yogurt machine, you can try to make yogurt starter with Chuanxiu at room temperature, and homemade yogurt doesn't need a yogurt machine.
