Ingredients:
Dried fish, peanut kernel, onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar.
Practice:
Step 1: Wash the onion, ginger and garlic and cut them into pieces. Prepare the dried peppers. Wash the peanuts with clear water first and then drain the water. Soak the dried fish in water 1 hour until it is soft, and then drain the excess water.
Step 2: add a proper amount of oil to the pot and heat it. After the oil is hot, pour the dried fish into the pot and fry it for about two minutes on medium heat. Then take out the dried fish and drain the oil. Leave the oil in the pot, then pour the peanuts into the pot and fry them with low fire, then remove and drain the excess oil.
