Ingredients: tender tofu, eggs, green peppers, millet and garlic.
Sauce: minced garlic+green pepper rings+a spoonful of soy sauce+a spoonful of oyster sauce+a proper amount of salt+a proper amount of chicken essence+a spoonful of starch+half a bowl of water and mix well for later use.
Exercise:
1. Wash tofu, cut diagonally into triangles, then cut into thin slices, put them into broken eggs and wrap them with egg liquid;
2. Heat the oil in the pan, put the tofu wrapped in egg liquid in pieces, fry until golden on both sides, pour in the sauce, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
