The first link: each do their best
1. Each group of contestants cooks according to the name of the dish previously reported, and the time is 30 minutes.
2. Contestants can bring a small amount of auxiliary seasonings as needed, but they must ensure that the dishes cooked on site are consistent with the names of the dishes reported. (Common seasonings and main ingredients are provided by the school cafeteria)

5. This session adopts a knockout competition. The scores will be evaluated based on the first session and the 10 groups with the lowest scores will be eliminated.
Second session: Knife skills competition
1. After elimination, each remaining group of contestants will receive two potatoes and shred them for 30 minutes. (This link mainly examines students’ knife skills.)

The third session: Food Competition

8. What players need to know
(1) Preliminary stage

(2) Final stage
1. The utensils and ingredients for the final competition are provided by the catering service center. Players can also prepare some side dishes and seasonings if necessary.
2. Each group will send a contestant to explain the production process of their own dishes, etc.
3. Competitors will have 15 minutes to rest after each session.
4. After the player list is determined, no personnel can be changed at will.
5. Players should arrive 15 minutes before the start of the competition and report to the check-in office. If they are late, they will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications for the competition (except for Yangzijin Campus, players from other campuses will be picked up by school buses).
6. Players must complete the task within the specified time, and the results if the operation exceeds the time will be invalid.
7. During the competition, each player should abide by the rules of the competition. Those who make noise and cause trouble will be given zero points.
8. On the day of the competition, please prepare in advance. School buses will pick up the players from each campus.

4. The judges for the preparatory stage are the partnership committee members of the campus and the presidium and ministers of the school’s student union. The final guest judges are the director of the catering service center, the canteen managers of each campus, the nutrition teachers of the School of Tourism and Cooking, and the presidium of the school student union. The public judges are representatives of 26 colleges.
5. During the competition, some chefs in the final stage will evaluate the order of the scene and the cooking methods of the contestants (10 points), which will also be used as additional points.
