Method
1 Cut onions and ginger into shreds and set aside, shred green peppers, slice meat, marinate with cooking wine, light soy sauce, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
2 Soak the fungus, tear into small pieces, drain and set aside.
3 Heat oil in a pan, pour in the meat slices and stir-fry until they change color, set aside.
4 Pour oil into a hot pan and saute onion and ginger until fragrant.
5 Add green pepper and stir-fry for half a minute.
6 Pour in the fungus and stir-fry. Note that the fungus will fry because there is water in it, so be careful.
7 Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and then add the meat slices.
8 Stir-fry the meat slices evenly, add a small amount of salt and cumin powder.
9. Stir fry evenly and remove from the pan.
