5 Dandelion Omelet Rice
Ingredients: rice, green beans, carrots, chicken legs, dandelions, eggs
Method:
1. Debone the chicken legs and cut the meat into small cubes. Add salt and pepper to marinate.
2. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes. Cut the dandelion into thin strips.
3. Add oil to the pot, add chicken and stir-fry. Add carrots and green beans and stir-fry.
4. Add rice and stir-fry, season with salt and soy sauce, and stir in shredded dandelion.
5. Beat the eggs, add oil in the pot and spread them into egg cakes.
6. Place fried rice on half of the egg pancake. Fold the other half of the egg skin over the rice.

Ingredients: soaked bracken, dandelion, ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, MSG, red oil, sesame seeds
Method :
1. Wash the soaked bracken and blanch it in boiling water.
2. Put the washed dandelions in a pot with a little oil and salt, scald until soft and immediately take them out, cool them in cold water, take them out and drain them.
3. Arrange bracken and dandelions into similar and palatable sizes.
4. Mix all the seasonings into sauce.
5. Mix the sauce with bracken and dandelion, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
