Characteristics of liqueur
Liqueur is a kind of medicine and plant with natural fragrance, and its product characteristics are very similar to those of blended wine divided by wine industry in China at present. Its additives are mostly roots, stems, leaves, fruits and pulp of aromatic and medicinal plants, and individual varieties such as egg yolk wine use eggs as additives. Because westerners pursue romantic life, the appearance of liqueur is colorful, including red, yellow, blue and green.
In addition to the above flavors of liqueur, there are other special liqueurs, such as:
1. sambuchali wine: black body, 40% alcohol (volume fraction), with the aroma of fennel. The spice comes from the unique fennel flower oil, which can be used to mix soda water. It is produced in Italy.
2. Apricot brandy: fresh apricots and French cognac are used as raw materials, with amber body and fresh fruit aroma, produced in the Netherlands.
