Method for making strawberry yogurt cake
Stir the oil and egg yolk well first, then add the yogurt and stir well.
Beat the egg whites well, add a few drops of concentrated lemon juice, and add sugar three times to beat the small triangle.
Then take one third of the egg yolk paste and stir it evenly, then pour the evenly stirred egg yolk paste into the remaining egg yolk paste and stir it evenly. I will mix from bottom to top. Don't stir for too long, it will defoam.
Then pour into a non-stick pan mold, cut the strawberries in half and put them neatly. The picture below is me.
Put a baking tray on the bottom floor of the oven, put hot water in the baking tray, and put a grill on the middle floor to bake cakes. Preheat 10 minute, then 160 degree, put it in, adjust it for 60 minutes, then add cold water to the baking tray, and finish baking in 30 minutes. I sat by and watched the baking finish.
