Spinach Cheese Bread - Refrigerated Medium Grain Method Directions ?
1. Knead the dough ingredients until it reaches the extended stage, then put it into a plastic container to ferment at room temperature for one hour, and then put it into the refrigerator to ferment for 17 hours.
2. Before the next day, take out the dough and cut it into small pieces, mix with the main dough ingredients (except butter), then knead the oil method to form a thin film, and let it ferment for about half an hour.
3. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, knead and let rise for 20 minutes. Take one portion of the dough and wrap it in 15-20 grams of cheddar cheese, shape it into an olive shape, put it on a baking sheet and let it rise at 35 degrees for about 40 minutes.
4. Before baking, cut the packages, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese (I used mozzarella) on the cuts, squeeze the mayonnaise on top, and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 25 minutes.
