Boil a pot of water, add pork liver and cook for 5 ~ 10 second, take out cold water, wash surface impurities and drain for later use. One more process, one more delicious. But if you don't want to have too complicated procedures, skip this scalding step and fry directly.

Take a wok, warm it, add sesame oil to saute shredded ginger, add pork liver and rice wine, stir fry quickly and take it out immediately for use.

Heat another pot of water, bring it to a boil, add the flour thread to soften, put it in a bowl, and add the rice wine, black sesame oil and ginger sesame oil fried in the method (4) and mix well for later use.

For the pot in method (4), add a proper amount of water to the original pot to boil, then add the fried pork liver, ginger and sesame oil to boil, and immediately turn off the fire.
