Soak the abalone in water

Separate the meat from the shell with a knife, remove the internal organs, and brush the abalone shell with a toothbrush to clean the abalone inside and outside, and brush the abalone meat as well

Cut the abalone several times horizontally and vertically with a knife, and don't cut off the meat.

Marinate the abalone meat with salt, cooking wine and black pepper for 15 minutes

Prepare the vermicelli, soak it in water to soften it

Prepare the garlic, use more of it, and the ginger cubes

Put oil in a wok, heat it up, put most of the garlic into the wok and sauté, then turn off the heat

Put the sautéed garlic into the wok and add a little bit of soy sauce to one side of the wok, and on the other side of the wok
Put in the vermicelli, a part of the ginger pieces, chopped green onion, and stir it all together while it's still warm

Put it on the plate, put a little bit of vermicelli in the plate first, and then put it into the pan. First put a small amount of vermicelli on the plate, then put the abalone shells in order, stir the vermicelli into small balls with your hands, put them on the bottom of the shells, then put the abalone meat, and finally put the garlic granules on the top, and finally pile the remaining vermicelli on the plate

Put it on the plate and steam it in a steamy pot for 7 minutes or so

Mix the rest of the garlic granules, the ginger granules, the green onion, and the green pepper granules together
Mix it in with the garlic, ginger granules, green onion granules, and green pepper granules.
Mix the remaining garlic, ginger, green onion, and green pepper together

Place the steamed abalone on top of the steamed abalone, and heat a moderate amount of oil and pour it over the mixture of garlic and ginger
Mix the garlic and ginger on top of the steamed abalone, and pour it over the steamed abalone.
