What are the excellent characteristics of high-quality stretch film?

Stretch film uses a new type of heat shrink packaging material. Because it is easy to recycle, non-toxic, odorless, has good mechanical properties, and is especially environmentally friendly, polyester ( PET) has become an ideal substitute for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) stretch film. Introducing the classification of stretch film and its characteristics:

1. Low-temperature film: The composition structure is PE/TI/PA/TI/PA. That is, polyethylene 20%/adhesive resin 15%/nylon 30%/adhesive resin 15%/nylon 20%. It is suitable for low-temperature refrigeration and -38°C low-temperature freezing. If sterilization is required, the sterilization temperature is 80°C-90°C. Generally used in frozen fish series and low-temperature ham series. The molding temperature and heat sealing temperature are different when used on different brands of fully automatic continuous vacuum packaging machines. The general setting temperature is 85-90℃ for molding and 115-125℃ for heat sealing. Its advantages are that the film itself has good softness, strong puncture resistance, and low breakage rate after low-temperature freezing. The disadvantage is that the surface transparency of the film decreases when the sterilization temperature exceeds 90°C.

2. High temperature film: The composition structure is PP/TI/PA/TI/PA. That is, polypropylene 20%/adhesive resin 15%/nylon 30%/adhesive resin 15%/nylon 20%. Suitable for high temperature sterilization products, the sterilization temperature is 90-121℃. Generally used for high-temperature cooking products such as: dried tofu, beef jerky, drunken fish, braised eggs, sea cucumbers, sauce-braised meat products, ready-to-eat seafood, etc. The molding temperature and heat sealing temperature are different when used on different brands of fully automatic continuous vacuum packaging machines. Generally, the molding temperature is set to 90-95°C and the heat sealing temperature is 125-135°C. Its advantage is that the film itself is relatively stiff and has strong puncture resistance. There is no obvious change in transparency after sterilization at 121°C for 30-40 minutes.
