Ficus fischeriana is distributed in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Guizhou and Yunnan, and also in Vietnam and Cambodia. It has the effects of invigorating spleen and lung, promoting qi circulation, promoting diuresis, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals. Indications are spleen deficiency, edema, anorexia, weakness, tuberculosis, cough, night sweats, leukorrhagia, puerperal lactation, rheumatalgia, edema, ascites due to liver cirrhosis, hepatitis and traumatic injury.
