Tools/materials 500g braided fish, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 spoon sweet noodle sauce.
Onion, ginger, garlic, monosodium glutamate, pepper, star anise, dried red pepper, cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and oil.
0 1 braided fish is washed and drained.
Wash the dried red pepper with clear water, control the moisture, and cut into sections with an oblique knife.
Cut onion, ginger and garlic into sections for later use. Cut some chopped green onion for later use.
Add cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and a little oyster sauce to the bowl, add onion, ginger and garlic powder, and add water to make juice (no salt).
Add hot oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, put pepper and star anise in the pot, add one spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and two spoonfuls of soy sauce, add cooking wine, and stir-fry until it becomes sauce.
Then add the mixed juice to boil, add the twist fish to cook slightly, add water, add the dried red pepper, boil over high fire and simmer over medium fire.
When at least a certain amount of soup is cooked, add monosodium glutamate, turn to high heat and collect the soup. After collecting the soup, turn off the fire and take out the spoon.
Put the stewed braided fish in a dish and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
