1. Pour the eggs, sugar, and Anmuxi yogurt into a container and stir evenly. Reserve the egg tart liquid.

2. Take the egg tart shell out of the refrigerator and pour in the newly prepared egg tart liquid. The liquid should be a little lower than the egg tart shell.
