Shenzhou pig
Peaches in Shenzhou used to be a tribute enjoyed by emperors and imperial concubines in the palace. It is huge (about half a catty each), with beautiful fruit shape, bright color, thin skin and fine meat, and sweet juice as honey.
Shenxian pig, also known as Shenzhou pig, Wuhuatou pig, Baidou pig and Jizhou pig, belongs to a group of Huanghuaihai black pigs, which is a famous black pig breed in Hebei Province and the only local pig breed. It has excellent characteristics such as high fecundity, good meat quality, rough feeding resistance and strong disease resistance, and is a rare excellent black pig breed. However, due to the unplanned introduction of foreign breeds of pigs, the pure Shenxian pigs were gradually eliminated. By the end of 1990s, the thoroughbred Shenxian pig was on the verge of extinction.
Huang Jiu is native to Xi 'anzhuang Village, Shenzhou. The cultivation of chives in Xi 'an Zhuang began in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1403- 1424), with a history of more than 500 years. It is not only used as a seasoning spice, but also can be fried, boiled, cold or made into soup to accompany meals. If the dumpling stuffing is accompanied by some leek, it is especially fragrant and delicious. Jiaozi, which is diced with leek fat, is an essential delicacy for Chinese New Year.
In addition, the "Tianjin Yali" mainly produces Shenzhou, which is named after its export in Tianjin Port.
