How to make chicken stew with mountain mushrooms

Wash the pine mushrooms and soak them.

Wash the chicken and chop into small pieces.

Pick, wash and cut the coriander into sections, cut the green onion and ginger and set aside.

Heat oil in the pan, add chicken pieces and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the chicken turns white, add green onion, ginger and star anise and continue to stir-fry.
