1. Ingredients: 700g pumpkin, 600g glutinous rice flour, 300g sugar, appropriate amount of water.
2. A fresh pumpkin is about 700 grams. Wash it, remove the skin and cut it into pieces.
3. Then put the pumpkin in a rice cooker or other pot and steam it for about 35 minutes.
4. Prepare about 500 grams of glutinous rice flour and put it in a basin.
5. Add about 300 grams of white sugar (brown sugar is also acceptable) and glutinous rice flour and stir evenly.
